Injury Rehabilitation Protocols

Physicians and local private practice physical therapists work collaboratively with Concept Move Athletic Trainers to develop best clinical practices for post-surgical rehabilitation. The path to regaining range of motion, strength and function requires a sustained and coordinated effort from the patient, his or her family, and other healthcare providers. While each individual’s progress differs based on their age, health, rehab compliance and injury severity, our team has established a virtual injury rehabilitation protocol process which includes therapeutic exercise, time frames, precautions and progression criteria that help ensure a safe return to activity and sport.

These protocols provide a synopsis of guidelines for individuals recovering from surgery with Concept Move and other health care providers. They are provided as an educational resource and are not intended to replace the advice of your surgeon or other related health care professional. Our injury rehab protocols are designed with not only the intention of helping you with your recovery process but to also keep the rest of your body healthy and functioning properly.
